Description: This presentation is geared for what happens when foster families work together with birth families to successfully reunify. Through the experience of Lindsey Phillips, a Four Oaks employee and Foster Parent and Claire Dickens, a biological parent was able to successfully reunify with the help of the department, Four Oaks, and relationship building. This presentation will offer suggestions for foster families to consider when working with birth families and emotionally what biological families experience when their children are placed in foster care.

***Note: If you are registering two people, you will need to register each person individually with separate emails. You need to be interactive in this virtual training like you would an in-person training. If your children need supervision, we suggest having other supervision for children so you can actively participate in this training as you would an in-person training.
