Description: Parents develop and sustain a healthy and supportive relationship with youth. During this training we will describe the impact of loss and grief on teens, describe two actions that parents can take to enhance attachment and strengthen their relationship with youth, describe two ways that parents can deepen attunement with their youth or a youth they will parent. This training is approved for 2.5 hours of foster parent training credit.
