Summary: ARC- Attachment, Self-Regulation and Competency. ARC is a flexible, individualized, and trauma-focused client intervention framework developed for children and adolescents who have experienced complex
trauma. Simply put, ARC focuses on Attachment (healthy relationships), Regulation (awareness, understanding,
tolerating, and managing internal behavioral responses) and Competency (increase child and caregivers
resiliency through choice, empowerment, skill, and identity), as well as focusing on engagement and
psychoeducation strategies for caregivers and the kids to identify, understand and improve behaviors associated
with trauma so that children can be empowered and future-oriented rather than focused on survival.

**Training qualifies for 3 Group Credit through HHS.
